Returns & Refunds Policy – Little Sensory Wonders
At Little Sensory Wonders, every product is created with love and care – whether it’s a downloadable guide or a hand-packed sensory box. If something isn’t quite right, I’ll always do my best to make it better.
📥 Digital Products (Playbooks, Guides, Toolkits, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I’m unable to offer refunds once your file has been sent or downloaded.
If you’re having issues accessing your product or something doesn’t seem right, please get in touch – I’ll always try to help.
📦 Physical Products (e.g. The Little Calm & Curious Box)
Because each sensory box is custom-made to suit your child, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your box is damaged in transit or something isn’t right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at littlesensorywonders2024@gmail.com, and include:

I’ll do my best to put it right, either through a replacement or refund where appropriate.
❗ Cancellations
If you’ve placed an order but haven’t filled in your customisation form yet, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. Once your box has been packed, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalised nature of the product.

❓Can I return a sensory box?
Because each box is personalised to your child, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
❓What if something in my box is damaged or missing?
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. I’ll make it right – either by replacing the item or issuing a refund where appropriate.
❓Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as your customisation form hasn’t been completed and the box hasn’t been packed yet. After that, cancellations aren’t possible due to the personalised nature of the product.
❓Can I get a refund for a digital product?
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, I’m not able to offer refunds once the file has been sent. But if there’s a problem accessing your resource, please get in touch and I’ll help however I can.
❓What’s the best way to contact you about a return or refund?
You can email me at littlesensorywonders2024@gmail.com – just include your order number, a quick explanation of the issue, and a photo if needed. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
